Our Core Exchange-traded funds newsletter
We launched an earlier version of our ETF newsletter on June 1, 2009. At the time, it could potentially recommend any of the approximately 1,500 funds available in the United States. However, TimerTrac could not verify the performance of a strategy with so many potential recommendations.
On November 15, 2009, we modified the newsletter so that it now follows twenty specific core exchange-traded funds that cover different countries, sectors, and asset types. This change made the newsletter's performance verifiable by TimerTrac. To clarify the change, we now call the newsletter "Core ETF".
